Terms of service

The simple rules for our website plans, change credits and payments.

Plans

  • Every plan is RM199 per year and includes a website designed for you, hosting, SSL and 5 change credits per year.
  • Business Website: a company profile website.
  • Catalog Website: also a product catalog of up to 500 products that you manage yourself.
  • Café Website: also a menu with photos, prices and opening hours that you manage yourself, with optional WhatsApp ordering and table booking.
  • Salon Website and Beauty Website: also a list of services or treatments with prices and times that you manage yourself, with WhatsApp appointment booking.
  • Catalog Websites include up to 500 products; more is available at RM199 per extra 500 a year. On Catalog, Café, Salon and Beauty Websites you update items yourself for free. If you ask us to add or change many items for you, it uses 1 credit per 25 items.
  • On Catalog, Café, Salon and Beauty Websites, the WhatsApp cart and booking form only prepare a message to you. Orders, bookings, payments and deliveries are between you and your customers; we are not part of them.

Change credits

  • One credit covers one change: one edit to one section of one page, such as replacing a photo, updating prices or changing opening hours.
  • Larger work, such as a new page, may use more than one credit. We'll tell you how many before we start.
  • A credit is used when you submit a request. If we can't complete it, the credit is returned.
  • The 5 yearly credits are valid until your renewal date and don't carry over. Top-up credits are valid for 1 year from purchase. Each change uses the credits that expire first.
  • Top-ups: 50 credits for RM399, or unlimited changes for RM999, each valid for 1 year from purchase. Unlimited covers one active request at a time.

Payment and renewal

  • Plans are paid yearly in advance through our online payment provider.
  • We'll remind you on WhatsApp before your renewal date. If a plan isn't renewed within [14 days] after it ends, your website may be taken offline.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, logos and photos you send us. You keep ownership of your content. We may show your website as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

Domain names

Your plan does not include a domain name. You can use a domain you already own or register one yourself. You then own it and pay its renewals to your registrar, and you point it to us by following our guide.

If you ask us to register it (RM100 a year), we register it in your company's name, renew it each year while you pay the fee, and manage its DNS. The domain stays yours: on request, we give you what you need to move it to another provider.
