- Information, text and photos you send us about your business.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp.
- Payment records (amount, date, reference). Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.

- To prepare your proposal and build and maintain your website.
- To contact you on WhatsApp about your proposal, website changes, renewals and payments.
- To keep our services secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run our service: website hosting, WhatsApp messaging (Meta), payment processing, and AI tools that help us prepare designs and reply to messages. We don't sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal or accounting reasons. If you request a proposal but don't become a customer, we delete your details within [12 months].
Your choices
